My daughter's laptop runs XP and it only gets so far as the "Windows is starting up" page. We've tried starting in safe mode, in "Last Known Good Configuration", and nothing works. All the question/answer advice I've been able to find on this problem assumes I haven't tried these, and I have. We can't get past the starting up page. Any ideas????1 person needs an answerI do too
